Administer Tests

Onetest’s Assessment Management System allows you to invite any number of candidates to complete online pre-employment tests in three simple steps.

1. Set up the position

  • Create a position
  • Select the appropriate assessments and skills tests
  • Choose comparison groups, benchmarks and profiles

2. Add candidates

  • Add candidates individually or via a bulk upload
  • Select the appropriate assessments and skills tests for each round of invitations 
  • Invite for testing under remote or supervised conditions

3. Select 'Best Fit'

  • Rank candidates by role suitability
  • Provide information to interested people (e.g. hiring managers)
  • Communicate with and manage candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and reference checks
