Administer Tests
Onetest’s Assessment Management System allows you to invite any number of candidates to complete online pre-employment tests in three simple steps.
1. Set up the position
- Create a position
- Select the appropriate assessments and skills tests
- Choose comparison groups, benchmarks and profiles
2. Add candidates
- Add candidates individually or via a bulk upload
- Select the appropriate assessments and skills tests for each round of invitations
- Invite for testing under remote or supervised conditions
3. Select 'Best Fit'
- Rank candidates by role suitability
- Provide information to interested people (e.g. hiring managers)
- Communicate with and manage candidates
- Coordinate interviews and reference checks
