Implementation Process
Onetest does not merely sell psychometric assessments and HR systems. We partner with our clients to drive business improvements.
We follow a simple, yet effective 4 step iterative process to ensure we work closely with you to help you achieve your business objectives.
Each step of the Onetest Approach is detailed below.
1. Business Drivers
The first step consists of reviewing and documenting your business drivers to ensure that we understand and agree on the improvements you wish to make.
2. Onetest Solution
The next step is to design your Onetest Solution. It is here that we design the right combination of assessments to help improve the key business metrics we identified in Step 1.
This may include reviewing existing HR processes, mapping assessments to role competencies, and conducting benchmarks, values audits and group profiles.
The Onetest Solutions Team, along with our Psychology Team will work closely with key representatives from your organisation to design and implement the solution effectively.
3. Return on Investment (ROI)
The next critical step is to measure the ROI from implementing Onetest. We achieve this by conducting a Business Impact Study (BIS), typically at the end of the first year, to quantify the performance improvements that were achieved through implementing Onetest.
Conducted by Onetest’s qualified Psychologists, using strict scientific methods, this study determines the link between psychometric assessment results, on-the-job performance and profitability.
A customised, comprehensive report detailing quantifiable business outcomes obtained as a result of implementing Onetest is provided. The report will contain key findings, interpretive comments, points of interest and graphical information. This study will make it easy to demonstrate how every hiring decision can impact the bottom line.
The findings from the study will be used in the feedback process to identify and implement any refinements expected to provide incremental ROI in subsequent years.
The specific data requirements required for the BIS will be discussed during your implementation.
4. Feedback
The final stage is to review and refine the solution to ensure continued improvement and contribution to the bottom line in subsequent years.
