Onetest’s assessments integrate seamlessly with all leading eRecruitment

While eRecruitment (Applicant Tracking) systems deliver process efficiencies, they won’t lead to better quality hires on their own. This is because recruiters typically still have to rely on
inefficient and ineffective screening methods, such as reading resumes.
Integrating
pre-employment assessments, such as Onetest's psychometric and skills tests, into the recruitment process delivers the most reliable recruitment outcomes possible. This is because testing allows the applicant screening process to be highly objective, maximising the efficiency gains and ROI that eRecruitment platforms offer.
Integration Model
The integration allows the recruiter to establish the testing phases within their eRecruitment system. Applicants are provided with details about how to complete the assessments online (this method varies depending on the eRecruitment provider). All Onetest assessments are completed online in a location that suits the candidate, with Onetest providing full online and phone support (technical and psychology).
Candidates receive feedback reports as soon as they complete assessments. Candidate results are instantly marked and their raw results and online reports are passed from Onetest back into the eRecruitment system to be viewed.
In some systems, these results can be utilised in an automated workflow to progress candidates to the next phase in the recruitment process.
