Developed by Onetest's team of APS registered Organisational Psychologists, this advanced online multi rater (360 degree) survey provides a consistent, standardised and objective method of gaining insight into an employee's performance.   

This online performance review tool allows you to identify and capitalise on your team's strengths and weaknesses, as well as highlight areas that could be improved or developed further.

Specifically, Onetest's performance appraisal survey can:

• Increase employee satisfaction by providing opportunities to talk about personal needs and development
• Provide a guide for planning training opportunities
• Assist in determining and recording special talents, skills, and capabilities that might otherwise not be recognised
• Assist in planning personnel moves and placements that will best utilise each employee's capabilities
• Provide a systematic and fair basis for organisational decision making (e.g. promotions, wage increases)

The Offer

From $15 per employee*, Onetest can give you the answers.

All you need to do is provide us with a list of names of email addresses of targets (those being rated) and raters (those rating the targets) 
you’d like to participate in the survey and we’ll invite 
them to complete the survey. Once those responses have been collected, we'll provide you with the results!

As part of this offer, you’ll receive individual reports for all targets as well as an overall performance report which outlines performance levels for your business as a whole.

Should you wish to identify performance levels amongst additional groups, for example locations or departments, we can do this too (for a small additional fee!).

Alternatively, we can provide you with access to the system’s report building tool and you can create unlimited reports - a more convenient and cost effective option.
