C&K are Queensland’s leading pre-schooling professionals. Established in 1907, C&K is the largest and longest established provider of community based early childhood education and childcare services in Queensland.
Business Challenge/Problem:
With 30 branch centres and around 400 affiliated kindergartens, ensuring quality childhood education and care throughout all centres is paramount to their success. Having an objective, efficient recruitment process is a key component in attaining quality.
The Solution:
C&K use our front end recruitment management system across all of the branches to request new positions. The request automatically goes to the central HR team who approve, activate and advertise the position. Careers Centres are used for future opportunities as an on-going passive talent pool as well as listing current vacancies for all of the centres so that all available positions can be seen at a glance.
Since C&K receive a large number of applications but have very low turn over, they need an efficient process for tracking applications and instantly identifying those applicants who possess the fundamental criteria required for the role.
