Online Reference Checking
Online reference checking allows you to streamline, automate and standardise the reference checking process, vastly reducing administration time and improving the referee experience.
Onetest's online reference checking tool allows you to create your own online reference check forms, or use off the shelf content provided by Onetest’s Psychology team. You can also add automatic scoring to reference check forms - so you can see at a glance how favourable each candidate's references are.
Candidates can be invited to provide up-to-date referee details online. The system then automatically sends the survey to the designated referees. Alternatively, you can enter referee details and responses yourself while you're on the phone to them. This ensures that all reference check details are stored centrally and against the appropriate candidate.
References are saved in each candidate's file and can be grouped together with other candidate documents and provided to hiring managers or interview panel members via information packs.
