Onetest’s production servers are hosted by Macquarie Telecom within their world-class ‘Intellicentre’. The ‘Intellicentre’ has unparalleled security accreditations and meets the most stringent security assurance and process requirements, including, but not limited to, the ISO 27001 information security management system standard, PCI Compliance and DSD Gateway Certification.

Onetest, together with our hosting partners, is committed to providing a reliable, high-quality network to support our customers. Providing consistent access to our systems is a high priority for us. Our current Service Level Guarantee (SLG) with our hosting partner is 99.5% uptime and to date this has been achieved and exceeded.

Privacy Controls

Onetest conforms to all relevant privacy legislation and we take every precaution to protect user information.  All sensitive information is protected both online and offline.

Sensitive information, such as a password or credit card number, is encrypted and protected with 1024-bit SSL encryption software.

All Onetest employees are restricted by physical and electronic security measures so that they can only access information that is necessary for the tasks they perform.
