Onetest delivers comprehensive client training during implementation, which provides a strong foundation for using all Onetest products effectively.

Ongoing support is provided via a comprehensive suite of online self-help resources, including engaging eLearning modules, FAQs, Quick Guides and detailed User Guides.  

Clients are able to raise ‘Support Tickets’ via their workspace, which immediately alerts the Onetest Client Services Team.

Telephone support (technical and psychology) is also available 7 days a week on 1300 137 937.

Candidate Support

Onetest handles all assessment related enquires from applicants, meaning you can test thousands of applicants without fielding any calls, significantly reducing the workload for HR teams.  

Applicants have access to a comprehensive suite of online self-help resources, including FAQs and extensive documentation covering common assessment and technical issues.  

Applicants are also able to raise online ‘Support Tickets’ when completing tests, and telephone support is available 7 days a week on 1300 137 937.

Applicant support is provided free of charge to clients.
