Talent Pooling

Building your own talent pools means reducing your reliance on expensive attraction methods such as advertising and recruitment agency fees.

In the Onetest Assessment Management System, all candidate information is saved and searchable at any time, so you can easily build your own valuable talent pool. This means you can quickly, cost effectively and reliably search for and identify jobseekers with the skills, experience and characteristics you require for specific positions.

Once you’ve identified jobseekers who meet your requirements, you can:
  • Contact them via email
  • Use existing assessment results to determine their suitability for the current position
  • Invite them to attend events (via the Scheduler function)

Jobseeker Tagging

Jobseeker tagging allows you to assign icons that represent important attributes (such as 'call centre experience' or 'do not hire') to jobseekers. You can use tags to quickly search your talent pool and find people with precisely the attributes you’re looking for, and exclude tags you don’t want.

Jobseeker tags stay with individual jobseekers – so once you’ve assigned tags to a person, they appear against all records for that person in your talent pool, when they apply for future positions and complete Onetest assessments – so you can always see each person’s attributes at a glance.
