Equipsuper was faced with a challenge that involved implementing a Client Survey that could be distributed to our entire client base within particularly tight time frames.
Onetest’s Survey Product – Freestyle - combined with the “incredible service” from the Psychology Team and Customer Relationship Managers ensured this was possible.
The delivery was fantastic and resulted in Management receiving all the pertinent feedback needed from our Client Base.
The organisation is now in the position where we can measure the key service metrics of our valuable clients and as a result, we are now looking to implement the Onetest Freestyle Survey into our systems and processes (including employee KPIs) to ensure an ongoing feedback mechanism.
