We have now been using Onetest for over 2 years and are pleased with the results we have obtained. Previously psych testing was only sought for senior appointments because of the costs involved, so it has added a new dimension to the company's recruitment process. It has been particularly useful in determining internal applicants' suitability for promotion, as it brings an objective viewpoint into what can be seen as a predetermined outcome. As a highly unionised site, a tool that demonstrates equity and fairness is a bonus.
We particularly like the comparison reports and the speed with which we can get them. We have recently used the remote testing facility for graduate engineer recruitment with great success.
Onetest costing has also allowed the Human Resources Department to enhance its recruitment process without adding to its budget bottom line, an added bonus all round.
