With the economy showing clear signs of recovery this year, the 2011 graduate recruitment season is shaping up to be competitive and hard fought – yet again!
As part of our ongoing commitment to the industry, Onetest conducts an annual survey to provide graduate employers with valuable insight into the trends that may require a shift in strategies for the recruitment and retention of tomorrow’s leaders.
In September 2010, Onetest invited thousands of recent graduates across Australia to provide their opinions on various employment issues. Over 2,600 recent graduates participated in the survey, which revealed some particularly interesting statistics across a broad range of areas. Of particular interest this year is the tendency for graduates to receive more offers than in the past, increasing salary expectations and the continued growth of online sourcing.
